The Disciples called the night before to confirm the move and related details. They showed up early at the moving site the next morning. They called after the move to make sure everything went OK. All the people I interacted with were excellent. Kind, caring and very customer-centric. There were a couple bumps in the road, like some paint scruffs and mixup with the charged travel fee. However, Noah was very apologetic and quickly made it right when I brought it to their attention. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was good and that my walls got touched up. Wish I could give 10 stars! Noah and his team were amazing. My move was scheduled the weekend that big storm came in. Everyone was cancelling on me, including my movers. I frantically called around and the universe sent me an Angel. Noah got people out to load up my pods so I could stay on schedule AND when everything didn't fit in my 2 16' containers, sent a box truck to my house, arranged for a storage unit, loaded the rest of my stuff and then unloaded it at the storage unit. I hate moving, as everyone does. I’m so lucky that Noah called me after I requested quotes from random moving companies. Noah was lovely from start to finish. He was enthusiastic, patient and professional. The movers gave me a phone call the morning of my appointment to let me know that they would arrive on time. He called me back that night with simple rates, talked about our needs we had, and the next day we hired him. They managed to come out, get everything moved in a couple days, and we were done. Great rates, expertise, and reliability!
